svchost.exe - Unable to locate component

when I log into windows I receive this error
message. "This application has failed to start because
msin32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem."
The only problem is, is that I can't seem to figure out
what application is failing. Inturn I am unable to re-
install.
