How do I reinstall svchost.exe. I get a mesage
that "svchost.exe is unable to locate component.
msin32.dll was not found. reinstalling this application
may fix this problem."
 
The error is not telling you to reinstall svchost, it's is telling you that
you need to reinstall the referenced dll. Are you sure about the name of
that dll, please check again as that dll is either very rare or non-existent
and it is not a Windows file.
