Hi,

I'm consistently getting the following error:

to close. we are sorry for the inconvienience.

This is usually followed shortly after by this one:

The problem seems to only occurs when my Laptop is connected to the internet
via an ADSL router or modem as when I am connected to my company network I
don't experience the problem.

I experience the the error when:
* Connected to the internet via an ADSL modem / Firewall Router either
wirelessly or via an ethernet cable

I do not experience the problem when:
* Connected to my work LAN either wirelessly or via Ethernet cable.
* When connected via VPN to my work Network via an ADSL modem / firewall
Router over the internet
* When I've been connected to the Internet from other corporate networks
* No network connections have been made.

I'm running:
Win XP Pro SP2 with all latest patches
Symantec AntiVirus 10 with latest definitions
Sygate Firewall 4.1

My PC is not infected with any viruses or spyware / adware

I have another Desktop connected to the same ADSL modem router runnning XP
SP2 with SAV and windows Firewall which does not experience the problem.

I also have just replaced the ADSL router with a new model (Netgear DG834PN)
and I get the same error so I can fairly safely say there's no problem with
the router setup

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
