Recently, svchost has been taking up 100 % of the CPU usage. Its not a
virus, because in the task manager, its listed as a system process and its
in the system32 folder. I have also done online scans. I have also run sfc
/scannow. It only seems to happenn when I open Internet Explorer. Any
suggestions?

I figgured it out, it was Windows Update trying to run. I went to the
Windows Update website and it determined that the version of Windows Update
that I had was old and that that needed to be updated.
