Suspicious application files llass.exe and Msm32.exe

Windows XP Pro:
Finding a couple of application files C:/windows/system32/llass.exe and

C:/windows/system/Msm32.exe on
my desktop that Symantec AntiVirus did not like.
What happens if I just delete these files??
According to: http://www.reger24.de/prozesse Microsoft did not come up with
these files?

Do a full AV scan and scan with spybot Anti Trojan.

If the program says delete them then carry on.
