suspected trojan

When I "right click in the main body of explorer a new
option gas appeared. In addition to the
usual "back" "forward" "create shortcut" etc options, a
new option has appeared that when highlighted takes me to
a preselected website.Norton anti virus is not picking
this up... How do I get rid of this?

May be a trojan or, hopefully, spyware. Not as nasty as a
trojan and can be easily removed.
For a spyware check download Spybot search & destroy. It's
good and it's free. Get it at http://security.kolla.de/
If this fails to help, get a free trojan scan at..
