suspected trojan in system 32 file

My antivirus software (Telus Freedom Sec) tells me that I have a virus in my sytem 32 file\mtwirl.dll. How can i remove it?

Looks like a start/search page hijacker. Download "CWShredder" at this site
www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php?cat=all#s-
This should take care of it
