Suspected Spyware reporting Tool

I have filled in a form to send with a report, yet when I try to submit the
report, I get the error message: "An error occurred while submitting the
scan results. Please check your internet proxy settings and try again".

Well I have checked them but I haven't a clue what I am checking for? Can
anyone help.

The error message is not uncommon. It *appears* be an issue with the
servers the report is being sent to. Keep trying and it will go through.
