Suspected Spyware Reporting Tool possible bug

I get the following error when running the Suspected
Spyware reporting tools


An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check you Internet proxy settings and try again.

I have a direct connection, and it seems to be working
fine for Windows Update, Anti spyware updates and
Browsing.

PS I have seen the same error in forums and newsgroups
from earlier this year.

This a known bug, there is known fix for it unfortunately, you can report
the bug here in the newsgroups, also upgrade to the latest build to see if
it resolves this issue.
