I've setup sus - server 1.0 w/ sp1 on a server and how do
i get the client to downlaod the approved updates off the
sus server???
Do i need to download another program for the client
computers???

But, I tried to install sus - client and an error prompt
saying you need either windows 2000 sp2 or windows xp.
I have sp3 which doesnt make sense that it wont install
with a newer sp. is there away around this??? besdies
installing sp2 or windows xp???

Use either local or global policy.
I am about to do it very soon.
(I had problems with SUS server
that delayed my plans.)

Win XP SP1 and W2K SP3 contains already the client version
But I don't know where to configure it

If you have win2k service pack 3 or later you just use the automatic
update in the control panel. You will need to do a reg hack to point the
windows update client to the correct server. The correct reg hack is
located in the white paper which can be downloaded form microsft's web
page. Dan
