SUS Client Configured with registry,not picking updates

Hi ,
I have configured SUS Client by editing registry.
Following are the entries I have done in registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Win
dowsUpdate]
"WUServer"="http://Sus-test"
"WUStatusServer"="http://Sus-test"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Win
dowsUpdate\AU]
"NoAutoUpdate"=dword:00000000
"AUOptions"=dword:00000004
"ScheduledInstallDay"=dword:00000005
"ScheduledInstallTime"=dword:00000008
"UseWUServer"=dword:00000001
"RescheduleWaitTime"=dword:00000005

Now the client does query the SUS server.but doesn't pick
the update.
For testing I have approved only one patch.

Now if i check windows update site and scan for updates.
It lists the patch .which means it does need that patch.
But still it doesn't pick it from SUS server.


If I look into Windows Update log I get the following
entries.

I feel I have configured it correctly. this is driving me
crazy...
Any suggestions would be appreciated....

If this registry entry is this:

"ScheduledInstallDay"=dword:00000005

Then the machine is only attempting to install every
Thursday. Since the PCs themselves are doing
the "pulling" I found it best to set this to 0 to try
every day. There are updates that shouldn't wait a
week. Let me know (via e-mail) if this helps you or
not.

I did set it to every day.
I have tried forcing the client to check for updates by
Stopping the Automatic Update service
deleting LastWaitTimeout
and restarting it.

It does query the SUS server.
but for some reason doesn't pick the updates

No errors in Windows Update.log or eventvwr
