Suppress Roaming Profile Logon Message

Anyone know how to suppress the message "Windows cannot locate the server
copy of your roaming profile..." when a user logs on? I've reduced the
time the message is displayed to 1 second, but I'd like to make it go away
completely.
I don't want laptop users to see this message at all when logging on from
home, etc.
