Suppress individual names appearing in email header

Periodically I send reports to various personal distribution lists. My
problem is all the reciepients names appear on the email header and
when the receiver prints the message it takes two pages on just their
names, wasting two sheets of paper.

How do I suppress the individual names from appearing, and only show
the group name ?

Tony, you could always put the distribution list name in the BCC field
instead of the To field. Then they would not see all the names in your list.
