Printing Emails - Outlook 2007

Bill

Hi All,

I notice that when printing copies of sent emails which have been sent
requesting read receipts, tracking details appear at the bottom of the
printed copies.

How do I suppress the printing of tracking details as usually they cause a 1
page email to become a 2 page email with resultant waste of space, or forcing
the "open in browser" work-around.

By the way, when printing from the browser view I do not get the "from",
"to" and other header details - is there something I am doing wrong?

Many thanks,

Bill

You can fix this issue if you use a third party addin:

Savvisoft have released Blueprint for Outlook Basic edition, a great value addin for Outlook which has been designed to simply enable you to reduce paper usage. As part of this, Blueprint enables you to select part of a message and print it whilst still retaining all the usual header information.
