Printing E mails

I have a user that is having some difficulties in printing "some" emails.
From several but not all senders they can view the email fine. When it come
to printing these few emails the left side cuts off.I have the same email
sent to me and it will print completely. When left margin is adjusted it has
no effect on the printed result, left edge is cut of just indented more.

If these are HTML messages you'll need to set the margins correctly in
Internet Explorer.

No Robert. They have all been created in Outlook 2003 and opened in Outlook

And the message format would be...??? Plain Text, HTML or Rich Text?

Thanks Roady! I'm sure your on to something "But" I don't know where to make
the margin change in IE. Sorry! Also is the change made for the sender or the
receivers IE. I'm not an IT guy just the guy people ask how do I? !~)

For which version of IE?
IE6: File-> Print setup
IE7: Print-> Page setup

The changes must be made at the client who is trying to print the email.
