What do you mean exactly by "start a new page"?
And what do you mean by "not for printing off emails"? Emails don't GET
printed unless you tell outlook to do so.
Gordon, what I mean is that I want to be able to print a list of emails
continuously without page-breaks i.e. not starting a new page for each -
OL2003 had a print setting to allow me to do this but I can't find this
option in OL2007. Tony

Having had a quick look, I can't see any option either. I have to say if
there were more than two emails it might get confusing to have them print
off continuously, without a page break between them. is there some pressing
reason you need to do this?
To save paper and avoid bulging hardcopy files (most of our emails are very
short) - we are architects in the UK and have to keep hard records. Do you
know why MS have removed this option?
