remove name header from printed emails

Whenever I print an email my name appears in bold on every page along with
the header ( From, Sent, etc). In the interest of saving paper I would like
to remove my name but cannot figure out how. I have searched MS Outlook help
and can change the header and footer but not my name above the header. Thanks
 
outlook doesn't support removing it. Try hitting forward and printing...
