I was wondering if someone knows how i can contact MS
about exchanging my windows XP cd. I bought a copy of XP
upgrade, but when i try to install it, the monitor goes to
sleep and it won't wake up. I've tried tons of things. The
place i bought it from are completely useless. They won't
exchange it because they claim it's illegal. Anyway, when
i try to contact MS support, it asks for my product ID.
But i an't get that until it's installed. Needless to say
this is driving me crazy.

Can anyone give me some advice?
