WHEN I ATTEMPT TO OPEN SUPPORT AND HELP I GET A DREADED MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT I AM UNABLE TO GET SUPPORT HELP AND THE LING WILL CLOSE DOWN. BLA BLA BLA.

THIS IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRESOME AND I NEED HELP NOW. OH I FORGOT TO TELL YOU THAT WHEN I GO TO RESTART MY COMPUTER I GET 12 WINDOW LOGIN UI MESSAGE BOXES THAT I NEED TO RESPOND TO BY TELLING THEM TO REPORT OR CLOSE THEM? WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH THIS

So why shout at the members of this group? Using capitals is considered
shouting!
You more than likely have a virus or worm. Get some good cleanup software
and scan your system.
It would also be useful to give us some information about your system!
