any thoughts on how to display parts of the contents of a field as superscript.


I could do this in dBase IV (now that takes me back) quite easily
 
The text box in Access does not support formatting part of the text
different to the rest.

In some fonts, it is possible to find a character such as the superscripted
2 or 3.

If you want something more than that, you need to get a rich text box such
as this one:
