suitable graphics importer could not be found

WHen I try to open an attachement that is a .png file or a .jpeg file that
was created on a mac with quicktime version 7.4.1 I get the message "a
suitable graphics importer could not be found." I am using outlook 2003.

Any ideas or suggestions?

If you save it to disk, does it open?
