Suggest Names not working at all times & an error report

I just got a new computer at work and have Outlook 2003 installed. I have
"suggest names" checked and it works fine until I logout or restart my
computer. When I do that it seems to not remember any names I previously
typed in. I'm wondering if it has to do with an error I get when I push the
"send/receive" button. In the window that comes up in the "task" pane at the
bottom it says "Microsoft Exchange Server Saving synchronization log" and in
the "Errors" pane it says "Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error
(0x80004005): 'The operation failed.' "

Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

I haven't asked him yet! I was hoping it was something I could easily fix.
He's my next stop if I can't find an answer.

You clearly have an issue with how your Exchange account is configured. That
has to be fixed first.
