Suddenly I have a log-on screen

Before installing this (*&#@ printer, I did not have a log on window. When I turned my computer on, it went directly to the desktop. Now I have one, AND my log-off screen changed, too. I've tried "unchecking" my administrator welcome screen but it doesn't work. PLEASE help. Thanks
 
You must have installed the optional .Net Framework update available from
Windows Update. You have to Uninstall the .Net Framework update through
Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Did you join a domain or create one when you installed the printer. did you configure it as a network shared printer?
