Suddenly can't receive emails

I have had my windows mail set up for over a year now and suddenly it won't
receive messages. I have AIM or netscape as my email provider. I have made no
changes to my computer recently (I even un-did the last windows update I
installed on my computer) and checked but my antivirus is not interferring.

Here is the error message I am receiving.

Account: 'pop.aim.com', Server: 'pop.aim.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR Cannot connect to POP server 205.188.159.119
(205.188.159.119:110), connect error 10061', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

Any Ideas???
