sudden crash and now seems ok

yeah, i was on amazingtechs site browsing the forums and i had been trying
for awhile to link over to a different board, windosforums.org and it kept on
stalling and so i just left it be for a bit. later i tried it again while on
the amazingtechs site and tried the link again and after 30 seconds or so if
trying to switch over to it my computer crashed. i got the blue screen saying
internal error has occurred system was shutdown. i rebooted seems ok now ive
been back on since the crash for several hours no problems yet. i went back
over to amazingtechs and told them what had happened i left a hjt scanlog and
the only thing he said that had him wondering was the bitdefenders line in
the hjt log for their online scan. thing is over there theyve recommended
bitdefender. anyway, i went to bitdefender and ran the scan it came up with
one little infection. it was in the sys32 folder. in the webrebates silent
installer file. it is application.prockill.jk. but the scanner would not fix
it. i still dont know what caused the crash, and i dont know how to git rid
of the infection. does anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried to empty your temp file via your profile under Local
Settings? Also, empty your recycle bin and/or recycler. Another note, if
not followed as of now is to disable system restore, clear your points, run
the cleaner(s), then re-enable.
