submit buttons no longer work

Since I updated my server from 2000 to 2003, none of the submit (by email)
buttons work. The form is cleared and the message is NOT sent. I've checked
security, the smtp settings, the fpse 2002 settings, etc. and can't seem to
find a problem. Any ideas?

I would recommend posting to the Windows Server Newsgroup.
There are a lot of security changes in Windows 2003, including the default
installation and settings of URL scan, which may prohibit this.
