How i can create or modify a style in more than one document in the same time?

No, it is not possible to do this.

You can, however, copy styles between one document and another. Do Tools >
Templates and Add-ins and click Organizer. Open one file on the left of the
dialog box, and one file on the right. Then copy the styles.

For more information, see
How to safely update a document's styles from its template without using the
Organizer (and how to make the Tools + Templates and Add-ins dialog safe)

Hope this helps.
