I've worked on this all night, but can't seem to fix. I have 2 users on
Windows XP Home Edition. Recently, we started to get a Runtime Error. The
first person to log on can access the internet. If we switch to the other
user and try to access the internet, the Runtime Error appears. A re-boot
will allow the 2nd user to access the internet, but then the runtime error
appears for the 1st user.
I ran a clean disk and defraga tonight; I unplugged everything and started
again, still no luck. I'm wondering if McAfee security center or recent
upgrades has messed things up. I'm stumped. What can I do to resolve this?
