runtime error visualC++

I have a runtime error appearing on my screen after start up it is as follows:-
Visual C== Runtime library
Runtime Error
Programs C:/programfiles/real/realplay/realplay.exe
R6025 - pure virtual function call

I have itunes 7 installed, norton antivirus software if that is any help?
problems started fairly recently. Is it serious? I have researched web to
find out what may cause it but have yet to come across someone with a similar
problem. many thanks for reading all this blurb!

Try to uninstall the real One Player and Reboot your computer and see if
you will get the error message, but if you have music saved in a folder
belonging to real one player save to somewhere first before the
uninstalltion take place.
Scan with your norton for viruses and get an anti-spyware like lavasoft or
spybot also AVG make a good anti-spyware and scan for malware since Norton is
Anti-virus not anti-malware program.

Then if you have use for real player download the latest version and
install, but I think you have QuickTime with iTune?.

Uninstall the "Real Player" since this problem is caused by that third-
party software. If you're in need of this awful player, install the
latest version.
