Stuck on microsoft homepage as default

My default home page keeps returning to
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=69157 no matter what else I try and
make it. Why am I stuck on the microsoft page?

Open IE7 > Go to the page you want to be your home Page
While you are at the desired Home Page > Click on Tools > Internet options >
Use Current > Apply > OK

Check the security programs (antivirus/antispyware) that are installed on your
computer. Many of them have a feature that will not allow your home page to be
changed.
