Has anyone experienced this? I can not get past the EULA
in the install of Windows XP. Yes I do select F8 which
means I accept it. F8 F8 F****** nothing happens. Yes the
F8 key works, at least when the prompt boot from CD..hit
any key comes up. But no dice on the accept EULA prompt.

"Any key", usually means the space bar. The most frequently asked question
on any support site is "Which key is that, I don't see that key on my
keyboard?".

======================================
The issue you describe usually means that there is some
kind of "Function Lock" key on the keyboard and it is
engaged and therefore none of the "F" keys respond
when pressed. Look for some kind of "Function Lock"
key on your keyboard and tap it once to disengage it
and then try the F8 key.

Are you using microsoft keyboard?. Look for a lock which
turns on and offs the function key working. Otherwise, you
may use tab to select. Try swapping the keyboard with
another one to see this happens
