Stuck in reboot loop

XP has failed! Home edition with sp1.
Even in safe mode stops at mup.sys then reboots.
any suggestions?
I have the floppies for xp boot, CD got damaged.

Having the same issue here... Did a Windows Update last night and when I rebooteed, same issue... I have seen a few others with the same issue... Hope this can be a simple fix... :)
