Windows XP Boot problem

I have a problem with Windows XP Home Edition. In the middle of the
installation of the SP2 the system was powered off. Now the system will not
boot properly, it is rebooting after the Windows XP Splash screen. I tried
to bring the system up in Safe mode but it reboots after loading the mup.sys
file. Thanks

Powering off your PC during a major update to Windows XP
system files, such as installing SP2, can cause major file
corruption issues.

Suggest you make a new Windows XP CD with SP2 slipstreamed
and then perform a "Repair Install".

Either one of the following utilities makes slipstreaming
(integrating) SP2 into Windows XP a breeze:

or

AutoStreamer 1.0.33 (preferred)

Thanks, but do this "Slipstream" process delete any programs or personal files.
