I have a oversized screen on my computer and do not know
how to restore to normal view.

Try this: Right-click a blank spot on your desktop and select Properties
from the context menu. Select the Settings tab and find the slider in the
Screen Resolution box. Adjust your screen resolution until it looks normal
to you. For example, if you have a 17" CRT monitor (or a 15" LCD monitor),
you want a screen resolution of 1024 X 768.

What do you mean by "oversized"? In some cases, this is simply a matter of
using the controls on the front of the monitor to adjust image height and
width. If that applies, it's entirely outside of anything Windows does.
