streaming news and weather

Sorry, but I'm new to designing FrontPage websites, so what would be the best
way to have up to date news and weather headlines display on my homepage?

You may be in the US, but there is a BBC Newsfeed that I use. I have a link
to another html file on my site which contains this code in the body

I don't think it has the weather, though

Other RSS feeds may be similar.

I am in fact interested in how to set them up myself, so I will watch
responses to this post with interest.

you might try accuweather.com - they provide a free service that is easy to use
