How to publish a website created on Front Page 2003

My question is, I am using a template that was in my Front Page 2003 template
files. made by MS I reckon, well on my template it has an area that is set up
to use as an informational area such as weather, and I was wondering, if I
kept that area set up the way it is for local weather for my area, when
published, how do I get that section to stay um....up to date? like live, is
it an rss feed, or what is the wayto program it so it stays upt to date, im
kinda new to frontpage, and am interested in learning this. how to keep a
live feed, or live update.
if anyone can answer it for my my email is (e-mail address removed)
Thanks

When you choose whomever's dynamic weather thingie, you will copy the code
they provide and insert it in your website...the updates are automatic.

ok, so I think got it then, so I choose whomver I want the feed to come
from, go to my template, in the code section, and just insert the code from
the provider into the area, where I want that section to be, ok thank you
very much.

I think the MSN one was, but you can still grab other third party ones.
