Strange Message After Installing New Security Patches

Recently installed the 10 new patches. Everything is working well. But....
am getting a strange error message everytime I start my puter as follows:

Generic Host Process for WIN32 Services Encountered a Problem And Needed to
Close. Occurred 2/17/05 at 10:50:38 AM. Please Notify MS, etc.

The error report was as follows:

szAppName: svchost.exe szAppVer: 0.0.0.0 szModName: unk szModVer:
0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

The time listed as the time occurred is the time when I shut down the puter.

Don't know if it is important or not, but when logging onto the web this
evening a got a could not find server message and was in C++????

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Butch

Again like i replied in the other topic here. That is the EXACST same thing
as i have started getting and it seems it only occured when i installed the
new Windows Updates. Same Error Signiture as yours too. It's annoying me now
because i don't know what it is and how to get rid of that damn message:(

Can anyone help on this please? I have run Ad Aware SE updated, McAfee
Stinger, Microsoft Antispy, Trend Micro Housecall and also my updated daily
Antivirus and all seem to find nothing and completley clean.
