Hello All;
I wish I could attach a file of these strange dialogs.

There are 4 of them, 2 stop dialogs and 2 warnings. The
text on the stop dialogs reads:

"Windows cannot find '||||||| |||||||||' specified in the
registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or
remove it from the registry.

How can I find these files and delete them??

Many Thanks in Advance,
Sixbells

Sounds like either someone removed a program manually, without using the
proper method of Control Panel Add or Remove Programs. That would leave
orphaned registry references to the program. Or, someone uninstalled
properly, and the programs' uninstall weren't clean, thus leaving registry
references for files which no longer exist. Before editing the registry,
create a System Restore Point, in case you make a mistake. Then click
Start/Run

type: regedit

Then click the OK button. When the registry editor opens, click the Edit
menu, click Find, type a file name from the from one of the error messages,
then click the Find Next button. When a match is found: In the right pane
of the window, where you see the reference to that file, right click, and
then left click Delete. Then keep pressing the F3 key (that's the keyboard
stroke for Find Next) until you get through the entire registry, because
there might be more than one mention of that file name. Then do the same
for the other files named in the error messages that are specified in the
registry but can't be found, ONE AT A TIME.
