strange behavior

Hi all,

I have one user who has Vista and outlook 2007 and his unread emails are
autmatically moved from Inbox to Deleted Items folder occationally. There is
no rules set up on his emails. What could be the reason that moved unread
emails from inbox to his deleted items folder?

I suspect an add-in. Have him start Outlook in safe mode and see if the
behavior changes.
 
No. I checked it and the user cache mode is not enabled. The mails are not
moved to Junk E-Mail folder but to the deleted Items folder.

Even the legitimate unread emails moved to the deleted E-meails folder this
morning.
 
this happened rarely, twice so far this year. I can not ask the user to use
outlook safe mode everyday.

Any other idea?
