Store e-mails to send at a later date

I want to send my customers the same e-mail at a specific time.How do I set
it up so that they get my e-mail all at the same time?

There's no guarantee that everyone will get it at the same time. How would
you account for recipients who don't have their email turned on or mail
server issues on their end?
