Inserting Send as E-mail attachment in Word 2007 document

I have created a macro enabled Word Template with locked fields. I need to
add a control or function to send as E-mail into this document. I know that
the function is available if the reader uses the Office Button and Send. I
would like that ability placed directly in the template with either a drop
down E-Mail list or at a minimum one static E-Mail address. Thank you for all
your Help

Add the E-mail button to the Quick Access Toolbar for the template (via
Office button | Word Options, Customize).
