stopping pop-up ads

The easiest way to stop pop-up ads when using Internet Explorer is to stop using internet explorer. Most modern web browsers now have the built-in ability to block popup ads. Switching to a better browser also means you'll be able to view more sites properly since Internet Explorer doesn't have very good CSS support yet. Just give the IE dinosaur a rest, it's obsolete.
