Stopping Automatic Update Of SP2

Someone else in my family accepted the automatic update of SP2 on my pc, but
nothing has appeared to happen yet. But now after hearing all the complaints
about it I thought it would be better to wait a couple of weeks before
downloading it myself, so I am wondering if there is anyway of stopping the
automatic update and download it later?
