Stopped sending my emails

Having problems with Vista windows mail, it has worked perfectly for months
then yesterday afternoon it stoped sending my emails with this error message

Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC13

It still receives emails and SSL is not ticked on the account properties.

Any ideas?

I played around with my anti virus and anti virus port settings and fixed it!
