stop outlook opening when I start

Outlook 2003 opens when I start my computer, and the executable is not in the
startup folder. How do I stop this?
 
Hi,
maybe you have an entry in the registry
START | RUN | regedit | OK
navigate to the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MASHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Look in the right window if there is an entry OUTLOOK.EXE and delete it
look also in the RunOnce key if there an entry with OUTLOOK.EXE
