Stop message at start-up

I'm getting a very long Stop error screen at start-up.
I've already gone to the Windows site and confirmed I am
not infected with the Sasser virus, and I've scanned my
computer with my Norton antivirus which shows no virus.

The screen reads: "STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000016,
0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80432C17) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

ntoskrnl.exe If this is the first time you've seen this
Stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen
appears again, follow these steps:" There's much more to
to message which I'll type in here if someone can help me.

I restart my computer and everything is fine. But I keep
getting the message at startup. Nothing else seems to be
affected.

Anyone know what to do? I really don't know much about
computers and I've also never used a newsgroup before, so
please keep it simple. Thanks.
