ntoskrnl.exe stop error when installing

i am trying to reinstall after a format, and after it gets
done with seting up registry items i get a blue screen
that reads as follows.

"STOP: 0x0000000A ( 0x00412004, 0x00000002, 0x00000001,
0x8041131) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Address 80411131 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3d366b8b -
ntoskrnl.exe

beggining of physical memory
physiical memory dump complete"

because of this it will not complete installation, just
asking for help
