stop junk mail problems

I get messages regularly from friends. Often they show up in the SpamKiller
folder or junk email folder. I find them, right click, click 'add sender to
safe senders list', right click, click 'add senders domain to safe senders
list' to tell Outlook they are OK, then click recover. The email is moved to
my inbox. Then, a few days later here is another email from them back in the
SpamKiller folder!

Outlook is all screwed up! How do I stop this?

Outlook settings won't influence what spamkiller uses. You'll need to find
out how to add a safe sender to spamkiller.
