stop errors

I am intermittently getting stop errors, the actual stop error is "Not
_Less_Than_Or_Equal_to" stop
0x0000000D1(0x02FAFE64,0x000002,0x0000000,0x7C90EB94).I know its a driver but
I can t figuire which one. Is it my video adapter, My NIC card or could it be
my DSL modem. Please steer me on the right direction. I am using windows xp
home sp2. Please respond.
