0x000000D1 stop errors

I have been getting intermittent stop errors. The actual stop error is
IRQL_Not_Less_Than_or_Equal_To
stop 0x000000D1 (0x02FAFE64,0x000002,0x0000000,0x7C90EB94). I know its a
driver but I don t know which one. I ve upgraded my
Video driver
Ethernet NIC card driver
Motherboard BIOs
still does it . Can you help steer me in the right direction. What is the
problem and the fix.
